How to make
Separate the kale leaves and boil them briefly in salted water.
Finely chop the carrots, crush the parsley root, finely chop the garlic, onions and parsley leaves.
Put everything to fry briefly in olive oil.
In a blender, grind the walnuts and all other seeds. Combine the two mixtures and stir.
Put the rice to boil for 10 minutes.
Mix it with the other mixture for the vegan sarma. Season and stir.
In each kale leaf put 1-2 tbsp. of the mixture, roll them up and arrange them in a pot.
Pour the tomato juice and half a liter of water on top.
Add the bay leaf and boil for about 1 hour.
The Vegan Kale Sarma are garnished with vegan yogurt before serving.
