How to make
Cut cheese and peppers into thin, delicate strips the length of the crab rolls. Mix the mayonnaise, mustard and chopped dill with the salt and black pepper. Boil some water and soak the crab rolls for 10 seconds in it.
Then quickly and carefully unroll them and smear them with the paste, place a strip of cheese and pepper and roll them up again. If you unroll and roll cold crab rolls, they may easily break apart. It is best to dip them in the water in portions.
Dip the re-rolled crab rolls successively in the egg beaten with a little water, the flour and breadcrumbs. Leave for about 10 minutes in the freezer to tighten.
Fry them in preheated oil, drain on paper towels and serve while still warm.
