Ingredients

  • avocados - 4
  • crab sticks - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • shrimp - 7 oz (200 g) peeled and deveined
  • sour cream - 12 oz (350 g)
  • grapefruit - 1/2
  • lemons - 1
  • tabasco sauce - to taste
  • dill - 1/2 half a bunch
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
measures

How to make

Blanch the crab sticks and the shrimp for 1-2 minutes in boiling salted water, drain well and chop finely. Peel and fillet the grapefruit, chop finely as well and drain to remove the excess juice.

Mix the crab sticks, the shrimp and grapefruit and add the sour cream, garlic, and 2-3 drops of Tabasco. Season with dill and salt.

Cut the Avocados in halves, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh with a spoon. Sprinkle some lemon juice on the Avocado boats to prevent them from turning brown. Take half of the scooped avocado and cut into small pieces. Add it to the shrimp and crab mixture.

Fill the avocados with the mixture. Chill for an hour and serve as a starter. You can garnish with some parsley or pieces of smoked salmon.

Enjoy!
