Wash and finely chop the lettuce.
Cut the crab rolls into small slices, along with the radishes. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and the cucumbers into quarters.
Mix all the products together with the olives in a bowl. Season with olive oil, squeeze and add the lemon juice from the half and salt depending on your taste.
You can also serve the green salad with boiled eggs but that's optional.
