How to make
Grind the fish fillets in a meat grinder or food processor. Optionally, you can use crab meat, with a ratio of 50 to 50 crab meat and white fish fillet.
Beat the egg yolks separately with sugar and salt, add the minced fish fillet and starch. Beat the egg whites separately into a fluffy snow with a little salt and gently mix with the fish mixture.
Stuff with moistened hands, shape elongated rods, like crab rolls. Drop them gently in a little boiling water and cook them.
When ready, you may roll them in a little red pepper. You may bake them in a greased baking dish.
