How to make
This stew is healthy and delicious.
First the onion should be cleaned, washed and cut, then the washed kale should also be cleaned from the stalks and cut.
Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
Heat the oil in a pot and stew the vegetables in it.
Soak the buckwheat in cold water for ten minutes, then wash it thoroughly through a fine strainer.
Add it to the vegetable mixture and cover with water or broth.
Season with salt and black pepper and cook for ten minutes or until all the products are fully cooked.
If desired, the vegan stew is sprinkled with chopped dill.
