How to make

First, you have to wash the buckwheat, soak it for a while in water, then wash it in a colander.

Cut the cleaned and washed leeks into larger pieces.

Also wash the pepper and cut it into small pieces.

Add the onion, pepper, spices, salt, oil, buckwheat and cover them with water. I don't put more than 2 liters because I want to have a thick vegan stew.
