How to make
Wash and clean the vegetables. Pour the oil into the multicooker, add the chopped onions and garlic. Choose the frying setting and put it on 10 min.
Stir periodically, add the chopped leeks and carrots on the 5th minute. Add the potatoes toward the end.
Dilute the flour with the paprika and add it to the vegetables. Pour in the hot vegetable broth, enough to submerge the veggies.
Season with black pepper and salt, close the lid and cook for 1 hour. After about half an hour, add the rice and then the parsley and tomato paste in the last few min.
