How to make
Cut the beef into small pieces and the onion into small pieces. Clean the cabbage and cut it into thin strips.
Pour the oil into the container of the multicooker and start the frying program (FRY) for about 30 minutes. Fry the meat for about 10 minutes, by stirring it, until it changes its color. Add the onion and fry it for another 5 minutes.
Close the lid and leave the dish stew for about 5 min. Add the paprika and cabbage and mix everything well.
Close the lid and leave it to stew for about 5 minutes. Finally, add the tomatoes, mix again, season with salt and black pepper, pour 1 cup of boiling water and turn on the STEW program.
Leave the beef stew to cook for 1 hour.
Serve it sprinkled with freshly chopped parsley.
