How to make
Cut the meat into small pieces, marinate it in soya sauce. Blanch the chopped cabbage. Remove the meat from the soya sauce and fry it in hot oil.
Add the peeled peanuts and fry the meat some more. Remove the meat and peanuts from the oil and fry the finely chopped onions, garlic and chili peppers in it.
Sprinkle them with coriander and lemon zest. Add the cabbage, meat with the peanuts and marinade.
Season with salt and black pepper.
