How to make
Heat a little oil and place the chopped onion in to stew. Once softened slightly, add the crushed garlic and a little chopped peppers and large slices of cleaned potatoes.
Soon as they stew, gently top up hot water, enough to cover and add all the spices to your taste. Allow the dish to simmer until the potatoes are ready. Optionally, compress the stew with 1 tablespoon diluted in a little water flour.
Serve this potato stew with a bit of crushed parsley and garnish as desired with crumbled cheese.
