How to make
Separate one of the eggs and set it aside to coat the savory biscuits with it.
Beat the two eggs. Add the softened butter and yogurt to them, in which we have activated the soda and stir.
Add a pinch of salt, the crumbled white cheese and the grated cheddar.
Add the flour and knead a soft dough. Leave it for about 15-20 minutes in the refrigerator to harden.
Then roll it out and cut out figures of choice for the savory biscuits.
Spread the savory biscuits with egg and sprinkle with oregano.
Bake the savory feta and cheddar biscuits at 360°F (180°C).
