Ingredients

  • soft butter - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • flour - 3.9 oz (110 g)
  • black olives - 1.8 oz (50 g) chopped
  • ricotta - 1 - 2 tbsp.
  • grated cheddar - 5.3 oz (150 g) orange
  • salt - a pinch
  • black pepper
  • oregano - a pinch (optional)
  • walnuts - for decoration

How to make

In a large bowl, mix all of the products and knead the dough.

Shape it into a roll with your hands. Wrap it in cling film and leave it in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Take it out and cut it into circles. Place a walnut on each piece.

Arrange them in a tray lined with baking paper and bake the savory biscuits for 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven at 340°F (170°C).

The savory biscuits with cheddar, olives and ricotta are ready.
