How to make
Combine the sugar, cinnamon, walnuts and biscuits and mix well. Roll out the puff pastry, sprinkle evenly with the mixture and roll into a tight roll.
Cut into 1 cm wide slices.
Arrange the snails lying down on a tray covered with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven.
Bake the puff pastry snails until a nice golden color is obtained.
Boil the sugar syrup for 10 minutes and add the lemon juice. Pour the hot sugar syrup over the cooled snails.
Leave the snails overnight to soak well. Wonderful festive pastries.
