Asparagus is washed with cold water and the hard part is removed, it breaks on its own when bent.
Then a roasted peeled pepper is rolled around them. They are placed in a suitable tray.
Sprinkle some oil and salt on them. After that, slices of tomato are placed on the prepared asparagus and seasoned with salt and basil.
Bake in a moderately heated oven until done.
The roasted asparagus can be served with tofu or quinoa, which is boiled in vegetable broth.
