Ingredients

  • peppers - 8 pcs.
  • tomatoes - 3 - 4 pcs.
  • onion - 2 onions
  • flour - 1 tbsp.
  • salt
  • savory herb
  • tomato puree - 3 tbsp.
  • fresh parsley
  • olive oil - 3 - 4 tbsp.
  • garlic - 2 - 3 cloves

How to make

Roast the peppers, stew them in a plastic bag and peel them.

Peel the onions and chop them finely. Add the crushed garlic cloves.

Stew them in the olive oil. Peel the tomatoes and finely chop them. Add them to the onion and cook, until they soften.

Add paprika, tomato puree and 1/2 cup of hot water.

Season with salt and savory herb.

Mix the flour in a little cold water, until a thick mixture is obtained. Stir, until it's completely smooth.

Arrange the peppers in a baking pan.

Pour them with the tomato sauce. Roast the peppers with tomatoes in a preheated oven, until the dish thickens and the peppers are roasted.

Sprinkle the finished dish with finely chopped and fresh parsley.
