How to make
The first thing we have to do when we buy the mussels is to soak them in cold water - as soon as we get them home.
Then we scrub the shells with a brush and debeard them.
It is easiest to do by pulling them with a sharp movement in the direction of the length of the mussels.
Grab a deep pot with a lid and put it on the stove to heat up.
Place the mussels in it and pour the white wine, the butter cut into pieces, the water, the pressed garlic and the spices.
Cover and let them stew for 5 minutes, then carefully grab the pot with gloves and shake it, so that the mussels can open up.
Serve the seafood right away while it's still warm.
The stewed mussels with shells in white wine are ready.
