Boil the quinoa in water for about 15-20 minutes, then strain and cool it in a bowl.
Add salt to taste, egg, chopped spring onions, flour, dill, cumin, black pepper, paprika and the grated cheese.
Mix everything well and refrigerate for about 1-2 hours.
Then balls the size of a walnut are shaped and fried in the heated oil until they acquire a dark golden color.
The vegetable balls are served with your choice of salad or sauce.
