"The most aromatic and irresistible quinoa balls"

Ingredients

  • red quinoa - about 2 oz (60 g)
  • salt - to taste
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • spring onions - 1 stalk
  • flour - about 2 tbsp., wheat or corn
  • dill - 1/2 tbsp. fresh
  • cumin - 1/4 tsp.
  • paprika - 1/4 tsp., spicy or sweet
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp.
  • cheese - about 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • yellow cheese - about 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • oil - for frying

How to make

Boil the quinoa in water for about 15-20 minutes, then strain and cool it in a bowl.

Add salt to taste, egg, chopped spring onions, flour, dill, cumin, black pepper, paprika and the grated cheese.

Mix everything well and refrigerate for about 1-2 hours.

Then balls the size of a walnut are shaped and fried in the heated oil until they acquire a dark golden color.
