How to make
Season the steaks with the spices, lemon juice and honey.
Cover them with fresh foil and leave them in the fridge for 1 hour.
Bake the neck steaks.
For the chili sauce, fry the peppers and garlic (chopped coarsely) in the oil for 2-3 minutes.
Add the chopped tomatoes and the spices.
Stew for 6-7 min on medium heat.
Remove from the heat and blend steak sauce.
Serve the pork neck steaks with chili sauce and fries as a side dish.
