How to make
Put the bananas, milk, sugar, oats, sugar and cinnamon in a blender.
Blend several times at full speed. You will get a thicker mixture than pancake batter.
Heat a pan and put coconut oil to melt.
With a spoon, scoop the mixture and shape into medium flattened katmi.
Bake on one side. Flip carefully and cook the delicious tiganites on the other side.
Take them out and spread them with the peanut butter. This is a healthy breakfast for school.
