Homemade food is always the tastiest, that's why I suggest you make your own mayonnaise - it takes 2 minutes and it's extremely tasty.
Put the egg in a tall bowl or jar, add the lemon juice. Place the liquidizer on the bottom, pour oil in a thin stream and beat until the mixture begins to thicken. Pour oil until you get the desired thickness.
Season with salt to taste.
Add yogurt - you decide the amount. If you want a lighter sauce - add more yogurt, if you prefer the rich taste of mayonnaise, just add 2-3 tablespoons of the yogurt to the sauce.
Remove the stalks from the dill and finely chop the leaves. Add them to the meat sauce, season with a pinch or two of turmeric and serve.
Ideal for vegetables, meat dishes and pizzas.
