measures

How to make

Wash the salmon well and cut it into about 3 cm wide pieces.

In a bowl, mix the ingredients for the marinade - the juice of one lemon, a clove of pressed garlic and the finely chopped dill.

The resulting mixture is poured over the fish, after it has previously been arranged in a tray with baking paper and greased with olive oil, so that the fillets do not stick.

Place the salmon skin side down.

Season with salt and black pepper and leave them for an hour or two in the refrigerator.

Then the salmon baked in the oven, in its lowest part, at 390°F (200°C) with a fan. After about 20 minutes, the fish should be fully baked.

The baked fish is removed from the tray and the sauce that has separated is poured into a sauce pourer.

This fresh sauce is a great addition to salmon.

Salmon with dill sauce is very tasty.
