For this vegetable sauce, first fry the flour with the butter, until it aquires a golden color.
Add the finely chopped dill and garlic and fry very lightly.
Dilute with hot water, until a not very thick sauce is obtained.
Leave it boil on low heat for 10-15 minutes, then season it with the beaten yogurt, salt and the vinegar.
The sauce is suitable for fish and meat dishes, as well as for vegetable dishes (potato patties, nettle patties or zucchini patties, etc.), as well as meatballs, fried zucchini and eggplants.
The warm dill sauce is very successful.
