How to make
Crack the egg into the blender jug, add the mustard, salt, vinegar and about 50 ml of oil.
Immerse the liquidize to the bottom of the jug, by making sure the egg is under it.
Turn it on at a lower speed and without removing the liquidizer, stir for about 10 seconds until the homemade mayonnaise is obtained.
Then start moving it up and down and add the remaining oil gradually.
Enjoy my homemade mustard mayonnaise.
This mayonnaise is perfect for a potato salad.
