How to make
Pour the mustard seeds into a bowl.
Add the wine, vinegar and water and leave it overnight.
In the morning, pour the mixture in a blender.
Add honey and the spices into the blender. Blend, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
This way a thick homemade mustard will be obtained and those who prefer it to be more liquid, can add more water, vinegar and wine to the desired density.
Pour it into jars and store the homemade mustard in the refrigerator for up to 6 months.
