How to make
Pour the milk and oil into a bowl or suitable container.
Add salt, sugar and the citric acid. If desired, use squeezed lemon juice.
Put the liquidizer on the bottom of the bowl, turn it on and once the mayonnaise begins to form, start pulling the blender up. Add the mustard and stir with a stirrer.
Store the homemade mayonnaise in the refrigerator.
You can use the mayonnaise for direct consumption as well as for salads, dressings and sauces.
The dairy mayonnaise with mustard is ready.
