Extremely interesting, tasty, quick and easy mayonnaise with paprika, which is prepared in 3 steps in just 3 minutes!
Beat 1 fresh egg in a glass jar and pour 1/2 cup of sunflower oil.
Season with 3 pinches of Himalayan salt, 2-3 pinches of citric acid and 1/2 cup of sweet paprika.
Dip the liquidizer and start blending from the bottom of the jar and with a very slow and smooth movements, pull it upwards. After about 15 seconds the homemade mayonnaise is ready!
