  • lamb - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • onion - 1 onion
  • peppers - 2 pcs.
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • green beans - 1 jar (500 g)
  • potatoes - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • savory herb
  • dill
  • parsley
  • paprika - 1 tsp.

How to make

Cut the lamb into portions. Pour oil into a suitable baking pan and bake it in the oven. Add the onions and peppers.

After they are fried, add the peeled and finely chopped tomatoes. Add the spices and pour warm water.

Cover with a lid or foil and let it cook at 390°F (200°C) for about 40 minutes. Once the meat is tender, add the chopped potatoes and green beans.

Place it back into the oven and finish cooking the dish.

If desired, sprinkle it with chopped dill and parsley.

The oven-baked lamb with potatoes and green beans is very tasty.
