Peel an onion and a carrot and cut the onion - into small pieces and the carrot - into circles and fry them in heated fat.
Fry the vegetables and add the tomato juice. It is flavored with the following spices - salt, black pepper, cumin, paprika and savory herb. If necessary, add a pinch of sugar to neutralize the acidity of the tomatoes.
Add the green beans and let them simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
Transfer the vegetables into a baking pan and add the sausage. The sausage needs to have several cuts on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) for about 30-40 minutes.
