How to make
Take the boneless lamb and cook it until soft. Remove it and cut it into pieces. Put it in a greased baking tray and sprinkle it with salt, pepper, crushed red pepper and allspice to taste.
Beat the eggs with the yoghurt and remaining melted butter. Pour the mixture over the meat gently, shake the pan and let it be seasoned for half an hour.
Put it to seal in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
