Ingredients

  • lamb offal - 2.2 lb (1 kilogram).
  • oil - 4/5 cup (170 ml).
  • onions - 5 to 6 links
  • salt - 2/3 tsp (3 g)
  • pepper - 2/5 tsp (2 g)
  • paprika - 2/5 tsp (2 g)
  • peppers - 4 - 5

How to make

Use lamb offal (liver, kidneys, sweetbreads, etc.). Wash it in cold water and cut it, put it in a baking dish or crock, to stew it with fat.
