Cook the quinoa according to directions on the package.
If the chickpeas for the salad are raw and not from a tin, should be left in water for a day before you cook them.
After the quinoa and chickpeas have cooled, pour them into a bowl together with all the other vegetables, which have been finely chopped beforehand.
Finally, season with salt and olive oil and sprinkle with white cheese.
