How to make
This is one way to make KFC Breaded Chicken.
In a bowl, mix the yogurt, water and pour it over the chicken meat, which has been previously cut into fillets.
Leave them for 30 minutes, to drain and dry.
In a bowl, mix the corn flour, crushed cornflakes, oregano, white pepper.
Sprinkle each chicken fillet with a little salt and roll them in the mixture, by pressing with your hands to make it stick.
Beat 1 large egg separately, I almost didn't have enough, so you can also beat 2 small eggs.
Dip the meat on both sides and arrange the fillets in a tray onto baking paper, which has been greased with oil.
Sprinkle a pinch of paprika on top. Bake the breaded chicken nuggets in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) until golden brown for 25 minutes.
You can also pan fry the KFC style chicken in heated oil, but I didn't want it fried.
Serve with a delicious grated beetroot and carrot salad seasoned with sea salt, olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
