How to make

Mix the dry ingredients (flour, yeast, sugar, salt). Mix and form a well.

Warm up the water and milk slightly. Add them to the dry ingredients along with the olive oil.

Knead a soft dough. If necessary, add a little more flour for additional kneading.

Spread the dough with oil. Place it in a container and cover it with cling film until it doubles in size.

Melt the butter and mix it with the finely chopped garlic.

Divide the risen dough into 8 parts. Form each one into an elongated strip and tie it into a knot to make a bread bun. You can also form balls, which you can press lightly.

Spread the garlic butter on the bread bun and let them rise again. That can also happen in the oven at 100°F (40°C).

Put them to bake in a heated oven at 390°F (200°C) for about 25 minutes.
