  • lamb - 4.4 lb (2 kg)
  • water - 1/2 cup
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • garlic - 6 cloves
  • potatoes - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • wine - 1/2 cup white
  • rosemary - 1 tbsp.
  • oregano - 1 tbsp.
  • thyme - 1 tbsp.
  • black pepper
  • savory herb - for the potatoes

How to make

Pour the oil, the garlic that has been pressed, the fresh and finely chopped rosemary, oregano and thyme into a bowl.

Mix all this very well.

Rub the lamb, which we have cut into portions, first with black pepper and salt to taste, and then with the prepared mixture.
