Ingredients

  • lamb - 4.41 lb (2 kg)
  • mint - 1 large bunch
  • lovage - 5 - 6 sprigs
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • garlic - 1 head
  • onions - 2 - 3 green clips
  • oil - 4/5 cup (200 ml)

How to make

Portion the lamb and arrange it on a tray on the chopped green onions. Lavishly sprinkle it with salt, pepper and paprika and garlic spread.

Pour in oil, distribute the blades of mint and lovage, then top again with oil, 1-2 cups hot water and place tin foil on. Put everything to bake in a moderate oven for 2 hours, or until ready.
