How to make

For people who sometimes worry about eating their favorite eggy bread, because they can be very high in calories and even harmful to their health, here's how not to deprive yourself of this pleasure.

Just fry them in coconut oil. It does not change its structure at high temperatures, that is, it can never become unhealthy even if you carry out the frying process with it.

It has a delicate coconut flavor that makes eggy bread even more delicious.

We will enhance the aroma with coconut flavored yogurt and coconut shavings.

I remember my grandmother always put yogurt in the eggs when she made us this breakfast often in the morning. The slices became softer and tastier.

Here is the preparation method:

Beat the three eggs with a pinch of salt and the yogurt.

Heat the coconut oil in a pan. It's a good idea to have taken it out of the fridge beforehand if it was there, as otherwise it will be very hard and difficult to remove from the jar.

Cut the baguette diagonally into thin slices. You can also use another type of bread.

When the fat is hot enough, dip the slices in the egg mixture to soak well and fry, until golden on both sides.

Take them out and place them on napkins or kitchen paper to drain.

Sprinkle with coconut shavings and serve with your favorite jam. For me, apricot jam or peach jam are the best, the flavors go together amazingly.

And.. enjoy!
