How to make
We heat the oven to 360°F (180°C).
In a bowl, mix the raisins, cranberries, sugar, honey, cinnamon, lemon peel and soft butter (set aside 1/2 tbsp. of it).
You need to have soaked the nuts from the night before. Grind them coarsely in a blender. Add them to the rest of the products for the filling.
Wash the apples, dry them and cut off their lids.
With a sharp knife, remove the seed part with a rotating movement, but making sure you keep the integrity of the bottom of the fruit.
Fill the apple cups with the aromatic mixture. Place the lid on them and spread a little butter on them.
Arrange them in a tray, into which we pour a glass of white wine.
Bake the apples for 35 minutes. Serve them chilled. If desired, you can garnish them with a scoop of ice cream.
The baked apples with aromatic filling are ready.
