How to make
Wash the apple and remove its lid. Carefully carve out the inside.
Fill the apple with the raisins and transfer it into a small baking tray. Drizzle it with sweet wine and sprinkle it with cinnamon and sugar.
Finish off with butter and put the lid back on.
Preheat the oven to 370°F (190 degrees) and bake the apple until it's done.
Drizzle it with honey and some of the wine sauce from the tray.
