How to make
Wash the apples, cut them in half, remove the cores.
Beat the egg whites with the salt into foam. Add the sugar little by little. Mix the egg yolks with the honey.
Arrange the apples in an oven dish. Stuff the hollowed out spaces with the egg yolks. Place the walnuts on top.
Bake 35 min. at 360°F (180 °C). Remove them from the oven dish and cover with the egg white mixture. Bake another 7 min. Serve warm.
