How to make
Wash the rice and soak it for about 20 minutes. Rinse it and put it in a suitable container.
Add 2 cups of water and boil the rice, until done. Strain the cooked rice and season it with salt, olive oil and lemon juice.
Put in another pot about 2 cups of water to boil.
Add the broccoli and boil for about 5 minutes. Transfer them into a bowl of cold water.
Strain them and add them to the rice. Stir and serve.
