How to make
Activate the baking soda in the yogurt. In a bowl, beat the eggs and save one yolk (it is for spreading the sponge cake).
Beat them with a mixer and add milk, oil and flour. Mix well and add the white cheese.
Put baking paper in a tray (rectangular) and pour the mixture.
Spread it with the egg yolk. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake the savory sponge cake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 30 minutes.
The quick savory sponge cake with spelt is ready.
