Ingredients

  • spelt flour - 11 oz (310 g) freshly ground whole grain
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • yogurt - 8 oz (230 g)
  • baking soda - 0.2 oz (6 g)
  • himalayan salt - 2 pinches
  • white cheese - 4.2 oz (120 g) crumbled (mature)
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • sesame seeds - for sprinkling

How to make

Activate the baking soda in the yogurt. In a bowl, beat the eggs and save one yolk (it is for spreading the sponge cake).

Beat them with a mixer and add milk, oil and flour. Mix well and add the white cheese.

Put baking paper in a tray (rectangular) and pour the mixture.
