How to make
Soak the red beans overnight in cold water.
In the morning, pour fresh water over the beans, boil them over high heat, reduce heat and leave them to simmer for about 1.5 hours.
Then strain the liquid very well.
Transfer the cooked beans into a blender, add the nuts, sugar, cocoa powder, rum extract and blend, until smooth.
Melt 1.8 oz (50 g) of chocolate and 1.8 oz (50 g) of butter in the microwave, stir and add them to the bean mixture.
Divide the mixture into candy molds and place them in the freezer.
Melt the remaining chocolate and butter, stir until a smooth and glossy mixture is obtained.
Remove each candy from the mold and dip it into the chocolate glaze.
