How to cook
If the piece of cheese is very thick, cut it in half lengthwise.
Spread the halloumi with olive oil and rub the cayenne pepper flakes into it. You can also add whatever spices you like.
Let the cheese stand for about 20 minutes at room temperature.
Meanwhile, heat the grill/grill pan. Lightly grease and bake the cheese on both sides, until an appetizing brown color is obtained.
Drizzle the grilled cheese with a little more olive oil and the chopped basil and wild garlic.
