How to make
The quinoa, kale and wild garlic are cleaned and washed.
The carrots and onion are chopped and stewed in sunflower oil and a little water for a few minutes.
Then add the quinoa and leafy vegetables, add 2 cups (500 ml) of water and boil, until the quinoa is ready.
The kale and wild garlic can be substituted with spinach.
Season the quinoa dish with as much salt as you like.
