How to make
Wash and finely chop the spring onions and the wild garlic.
Beat the eggs well. Add salt, black pepper and 1 tbsp. water to them.
In a pan with a non-stick coating, put a lump of butter and 1 tbsp. oil.
Fry the onion and wild garlic for a minute until they change color.
Pour them over the eggs and crumble the white cheese on top.
Cook the omelet 3-4 minutes on medium heat.
Serve the omelet with wild garlic with a fresh salad.
