How to make
Boil the cut into pieces lamb liver in salted water.
In a pan melt the butter. Add the finely chopped spring onions and leave them to stew.
Add the liver to the spring onions, season with as much black pepper and salt as you like (add more, if necessary) and the paprika at the end.
Mix well and let it fry in the butter.
The lamb liver with spring onions is very tasty.
