  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • spring onions - 4 - 5 cloves (only the green parts)
  • pickled mushrooms - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • parsley
  • oil
  • For the breading
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • flour - about 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • breadcrumbs - about 3.5 oz (100 g)

How to make

Put the finely chopped onions, mushrooms and meat in a bowl. Add the eggs and spices.

Since the meat has been salted during roasting, taste it and add salt, if necessary. Mix the mixture, by lightly mashing it with a fork.

Form small round meatballs. Bread them in flour, egg and then breadcrumbs. Fry them on all sides over not very high heat.
