How to make
Put the finely chopped onions, mushrooms and meat in a bowl. Add the eggs and spices.
Since the meat has been salted during roasting, taste it and add salt, if necessary. Mix the mixture, by lightly mashing it with a fork.
Form small round meatballs. Bread them in flour, egg and then breadcrumbs. Fry them on all sides over not very high heat.
Remove the fried chicken meatballs and place them onto kitchen paper. Serve them with your favorite sauce.
